Hardware Upgrades

In all fairness we should point out that you might have to upgrade the server hardware from time to time. Having said that, we should definitely point out that we use the highest quality hardware available with full redundancy and automatic failovers. Without giving away too much, our server configurations have the highest level of uptime and lifetime achievable today, with highly critical components MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) estimated at more than 100 years.

The phone sets used with Viper VoIP^TM follow industry standards and retain high resale value should you decide you want to update to new phone sets. The phones will always work with Viper VoIP^TM and other systems, so you are not 'locked' in with any provider - ever. The default phones used with Viper VoIP^TM are the industry leading Polycom phone sets with high definition audio and speakerphone.
